  1. Stay clear

Keep people and pets away from hanging limbs. If a line is down, call Oncor or 911 first.

  2. Call us next

Say what fell, what it hit and what it blocks. Storm calls jump the queue.

  3. Photos from a distance

Shoot the whole scene from somewhere safe.

“Had a large tree near the road that was all tangled up in the wires and started splitting in half. I had to take care of it quickly before it fell on my house. They were able to come same day and do everything.”

“They worked very hard, got our huge live oak trimmed and evened out! Looks do much better! They cleaned up all the limbs and when finished cleaned up any small debris!”

“I could see them cutting off branches and whole trees with care. They were very aware of the power and internet lines the trees were next to and safely navigated around them. The even blew leaves off my roof and cleaned up exceptionally fast.”

Questions Fort Worth homeowners ask first

Still unsure?

Text a photo of the whole tree and we will tell you what it needs.

Text a photo to (817) 607-3485 or upload it here
Do you need to see the tree in person before giving me a number?

Not always. Clear photos may be enough for one or two trees in an open yard. We usually visit for large trees over a roof, tight backyards or storm damage. We will tell you what your job needs.

Should I trim my tree or have it taken down?

Look at the whole tree, not just one bad limb. A few dead or low branches point to trimming. A cracked trunk, a new lean or dead wood through most of the tree needs a closer look and sometimes removal. Tell us what changed and when.

Does my Fort Worth yard need a city permit to take a tree down?

Usually not for a house or duplex on one acre or less. See our Fort Worth tree permits page for the city rule and source.

The tree is mine, but the limbs hang over my neighbor's yard. Can you still do it?

Yes. Tell us which yard the trunk stands in and which yard the limbs reach. We will plan a safe place to lower branches with both yards in mind. Talk with your neighbor before the work day so the crew does not surprise them, and ask them to unlock their gate if we need it.

Tell us which trees are bothering you

Send the address and a few safe photos. We'll write up the cuts, the cleanup and the stump in one free estimate.
