You Agree to Our Terms of Service

By engaging Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Insurance by Contractor

Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC warrants that it maintains liability insurance for injury to persons or damage to property and that all employees are covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Cancellation Fee

Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of any scheduled work. If a crew has been dispatched to the job site and the work is canceled, a $200 mobilization fee will be charged to cover incurred expenses.

Tree Ownership

The Customer warrants that all trees listed are located on the Customer’s property or that proper authorization has been obtained from the legal property owner. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC from any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from incorrect ownership representation.

Workmanship / Performance

All work will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards, including the most current ANSI A300 standards for tree care operations. Climbing spurs will not be used on live trees unless removal is required.

Safety

All arboricultural operations follow ANSI Z133 safety standards. Customers agree to keep all persons, pets, and property clear of the work area during operations unless authorized by the on-site crew leader.

Debris Removal

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all debris generated from tree services will be removed daily, and affected areas will be cleaned prior to crew departure.

Stump Removal

Stump grinding is not included unless explicitly stated. Standard grinding depth is 4–6 inches below grade. Wood chips are not removed unless specified. Roots beyond the stump are not removed unless stated in writing.

Concealed Conditions

Any additional work required due to concealed or unknown conditions (including underground obstacles or foreign materials within trees) will be billed on a time and materials basis.

Unmarked Utilities

Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or cables unless clearly marked by the Customer prior to service.

Driveways, Sidewalks & Surfaces

The Company will attempt to minimize surface impact but is not responsible for cracking, settling, or cosmetic damage caused by equipment weight or necessary access. Repairs are not included unless stated in writing.

Lawn & Landscaping Damage

Normal operational impacts to lawns, sod, plants, and landscaping may occur. Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC is not liable for such damage unless caused by gross negligence. Repairs are not included unless explicitly stated.

Terms of Payment

Payment is due within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur:

  • 5.00% monthly finance charge
  • $50 late fee
  • Referral to collections if unpaid

Returned Check Fee

A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned or rejected payment.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.

No Sale of Mobile Data

Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is used solely for business communication related to services requested.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Acceptance

Authorization of services, submission of forms, or continued engagement with Texas Tree Tops Tree Services LLC constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
